Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:33 P. M.
PRESENT: Mayor Jerome Gottfried, Ald. Charles Colburn, Laura
Kilb, Fred Lavey and Wayne Salentine. Planning Consultant
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee were also present.
ABSENT: Edward Raimann and Richard Arrowood
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of September 7,
1976, were approved as mailed.

PUNNING CONSULTANT'S REPORT
FRANK & GERRI WARREN - Planning Consultant Mangiamele
reviewed his report and recommendation on the propoeed development
for the elderly on approximately 7 acres of property on the south
side of Janesville Road in Section 10.
ADJOURNMENT: Mrs. Kilb moved for adjournment at 9:27 P. M. Mr.
Lavey seconded the motion and the motion carried.
