PCM19760921CITY OF MLISKEGO PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 21, 1976 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:33 P. M. PRESENT: Mayor Jerome Gottfried, Ald. Charles Colburn, Laura Kilb, Fred Lavey and Wayne Salentine. Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee were also present. ABSENT: Edward Raimann and Richard Arrowood MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of September 7, 1976, were approved as mailed. OLD BUSINESS BOXHORN BIG MUSKEGO GUN CLUB - It was noted by the Commission that Resolution #P. C. 97-76, Approval of Sound Barrier, was on the floor, however, action had been deferred at the last meeting review and recommendation. and same was referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for Planning Consultant Mangiamele reviewed his report and whether a report from an accohstical analyst would be of benefit, recommendation dated September 21, 1976. The Commission discussed however, it was the consensus of opinion that such a report would not be a great deal of help. Denial of Land Division. Ald. Colburn moved for adoption. Mr. Salentine seconded the motion. the denial as they need the money from the second proposed lot Mr. & Mrs. Moreno were present and expressed objection to to finish their home. Mayor Gottfried advised that the Commission cannot grant an illegal division, that the property will have to be divided in accordance with the requirements of the R-1 District. 101-76 carried unanimously. 0 Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt Resolution #P. C. LEE GAURA - The Recording Secretary read Resolution SIP. C. 102-76, Approval of Second Garage Structure. Ald. Colburn moved for adoption. Mr. Salentine seconded the motion. The Commission expressed concern at the size of the second garage, the location and the possible use. 102-76 for two weeks and to request that Mr. Gaura appear at the Ald. Colburn moved to defer action on Resolution #P. C. next meeting to answer some of the concerns expressed by the Commission. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion and the motion carried unanimously upon a roll call vote. SIEGER OLDSMOBILE - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 103-76, Denial of Temporary Sign. Ald. Colburv moved for adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion and the motion carried upon a voice vote. KRISTIN DOWN - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. adoption. C. 106-76, Approval of Landscaping Plan. Ald. Colburn moved for adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion, Planning Consultant Mangiamele reviewed his report and recommendation dated September 21, 1976. Mrs. Kilb moved 10 amend Resolution #P. C, 106-76 by adding to the last paragraph: indicated in his report dated September 21, 1976." SUB-STATION - The Recqrding Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 107-76, Reaffirqting R commendation of Denial (NE Corner of Hillendale & Lembezeder Driveq Salentine moved for adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. PUNNING CONSULTANT'S REPORT FRANK & GERRI WARREN - Planning Consultant Mangiamele reviewed his report and recommendation on the propoeed development for the elderly on approximately 7 acres of property on the south side of Janesville Road in Section 10.
