PLAN COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 7, 1976
CITY HALL
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:OO P. M. He
introduced and welcomed Fred Lavey, newly appointed Plan Commis-
sion member replacing. Blair Dixon.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Ed Raimann, Richard
Arrowood, Ald. Charles Colburn, Laura Kilb, Fred Lavey and Wayne
Salentine. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning
Officer Gerald Lee were also present.
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of August 1.7, 1976,
were approved as mailed.
OLD BUSINESS
KENNETH KOEPSEL - It was noted by the Commission that
