MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 3, 1976
CITY HALL
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:05 P. M.
Arrowood, Ald. Charles Colburn, Laura Kilb and Wayne Salentine.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Ed Raimann, Richard
Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Deputy Inspector Dan
Nowak were also present.
ABSENT: Blair Dixon
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of July 20, 1976,
were approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS

Arrowood moved for adoption. Mr. Salentine seconded the motion.
-76, Denial of Legal Status - Mill Valley Heights. Mr.
recommendation dated August 3rd.
Planning Consultant Mangiamele reviewed his report and
Mrs. Koepsel was present and expressed concern at the denial
pointing out that homes in the subdivision are constructed on
smaller lots than Lot 14.

Request for Ham Radio Tower. Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Mrs.
Kilb seconded the motion.
Mr. Ottman was present and in answer to questions from the
Commission, he advised that the tower will be a beam type antenna,

that ham radio is a hobby and that the guy wires will be of the
