PCM19760803CITY OF MUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 3, 1976 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:05 P. M. Arrowood, Ald. Charles Colburn, Laura Kilb and Wayne Salentine. PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Ed Raimann, Richard Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Deputy Inspector Dan Nowak were also present. ABSENT: Blair Dixon MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of July 20, 1976, were approved as mailed. NEW BUSINESS #P. C. 82 Arrowood moved for adoption. Mr. Salentine seconded the motion. -76, Denial of Legal Status - Mill Valley Heights. Mr. recommendation dated August 3rd. Planning Consultant Mangiamele reviewed his report and Mrs. Koepsel was present and expressed concern at the denial pointing out that homes in the subdivision are constructed on smaller lots than Lot 14. 82-76 carried unanimously. RAY WERNSMAN - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 84-76, Architectural Approval of Second Garage Structure. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. C. 84-76 carried unanimously. 85-76, Referral to Planning Consultant and Zoning Officer - LEO OTTMAN - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. Request for Ham Radio Tower. Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion. Mr. Ottman was present and in answer to questions from the Commission, he advised that the tower will be a beam type antenna, have not been any complaints from neighbors as to interference with that he is presently using a 20' antenna on his roof and that there televisions, that the taller tower will provide distance improvement, that ham radio is a hobby and that the guy wires will be of the same size as those used on telephone poles. 85-76 carried unanimously. 0 Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt Resolution #P.
