PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Ed Raimann, Ald. Charles Colburn, Blair Dixon, and Wayne Salentine Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. ABSENT: Richard Arrowood and Laura Kilb MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of June 1, 1976, were approved as mailed. NEW BUSINESS SHAGBARK SUBDIVISION - The Recording Secretary read Resolution WP. C. 64 - 76 It was noted by the Commission that the Architectural Sub-committee - (Approval / Disapproval) of Architecturq. had met just prior to this regular meeting to consider the architecture of single family dwellings in Shagbark Subdivision. of Architecture. Mr. Dixon seconded the motion. Ald. Colburn moved to adopt Resolution #P. C. 64-76, Approval resolved that the Plan Cmission of the City of Muskego does Mr. Dixon moved to amend the resolution to read: "Be it hereby, upon recommendation of the Architectural Sub-committee, approve the construction of two, two-story, single family homes two of Lots 1, 2, 3 os in Shagbark Subdivision. KOLB - The Recording Secretary read Resolution MUSKEGO VOLUNTEER FIRE CO. SUB-STATION - The Recording Secretarq read Resolution HP. C. 70-76, Referral to Planning Consultant. Mr. Dixon moved for adoption. COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS FRANK & GERRI WARREN - Planning Copsultant Mangiamele reviewed three schemes for possible development of the Warren property, approximately 7 acres of property on the south side of Janesville Road in Section 10, known as S73 W16663 Janesville Road - the first scheme, the proposals by the Warrens for a mixture of single family and townhouses - the second scheme, Road - the third scheme, a possible development of townhouses and a possi.ble development of townhouses with offices on Janesville single family with offices on Janesville Road. is lifted by the Common Council, only 4 units could be permitted Mayor Gottfried advised the Warrens thgt until the moratorium to connect to the city's sewer system; that density would probably be limited to 20 units if RSA zoning were granted.
