MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 1, 1976

Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:20 P. M.
PRESENT: 'Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Sec'y Ed-Raimann, R.,Arrowood
Charles Colburn, Blair Dixon, Laura Kilb, and Wayne Salentine
Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee were
also present.
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of May 18, 1976, were
approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS

During discussion, the Commissioners expressed concern at the

Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 62-76, Referral to Planning
Consultant. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded

Ald. Colburn advised that the residents in the vicinity had
expressed overwhelming opposition to the location of a subystation
on that property and moved to amend Resolution #Pa C 62-76, the
last paragraph to be revised to read: "Therefore be it resolved
that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recom-
mend to the Common Council that this petition submitted by Muskego-.
Volunteer Fire Co. to rezone a parcel of property to RS-2 with an OIP overlay to permit.a sub-station be denied." Mr. Arrowood seconded
the motion.
Mayor Gottfried spoke in favor of the original resolution to
refer the matter to the planning consultant for review and recommen-
dation.
Gottfried and Mr. Raimann voted "no"
Mr. Dixon, Mrs. Kilb and Mr. Salentine voted "yes" and the motion
