PCM197605040 CITY OF MUSKEG0 PIAN COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 4, 1976 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8~10 P. M. PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Richard Arrowood, Ald. Charles Colburn, Laura Kilb, Edward Raimann and Wayne Salentin Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Geral Lee were also present. ABSENT: Blair Dixon e. d Mayor Gottfried welcomed new member Wayne Salentine who has been appointed to replace Alvin Basse. He expressed appreciation to Mr. Basse who has served as a meruler of the Commission since 196 8. Mayor Gottfried also introduced the newly elected aldermen - Mark representing the fifth district -' who were in the audience. Pienkos, representing the first district and Leslie Constantineau, MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of April 20, 1976, were approved as mailed, NEW BUSINESS 42-76. C. 64 -76, Denial of Preliminary Plat - Lakewood IAKEWOOD VILLAGE - TOWN OF VERNON - The Recording Secretary Village - Town of Vernon. Me. Raimann moved €or adoption. Ald. Colburn seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously with Mr. Salentine abstaining. SCOTT KRAUSE - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 45-76, Approval of Concept for Planned Unit Development. Mr. Arrowood moved for adopti.on. COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Planning Consultant Mangiamele reviewed his report and Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt Resolution #P. C. RAYMOND ERDMANN - The Recording Secretary advised that a petition for a conditional use has been submitted by Raymond Erdmann to permit the retail repair of motor vehicles; motor- cycles and small engines in the former Ripple Motors building, S98 W12578 Loomis Road, and that a public hearing has been scheduled for 7:45 P. M. on June 1st. KRISTIN DOWNS - Ald.
