Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:45 P. M.
Arrowood, Blair Dixon, Ald. Charles Colburn, and Edward Raimann.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Richard
Dan Nowak were also present.
Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Deputy Zoning Officer

MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of March 16, 1976,
were approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS
SIEGER OLDS - It was noted by the Commission that the Architec-

American College activities building and buildings to be used for
AMERICAN COLLEGE - The Comission reviewed elevations of the
occupancy which had been submitted and which reflected revisions
proposed by the Commission. Mayor Gottfried advised that both
buildings will be of brick construction.
ADJOURNMENT: Ald.Colburn moved for adjournment at 9:55 P. M.
