RICHARD J. HANA - It was noted by the Commission that

CHESTER HARRIS - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C.
14-76, Approval of Sketch for Land Division. Mr. Raimann moved
for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion.
to determine if a portion of this proposed lot is in the Wetland
and Flood Plain district prior to the submission of the certified
Zoning Officer Lee advised that he will review the topography
survey map.
Upon a roll call vote. the motion to adopt Resolution #P. C.
14-76 carried unanimously..
TED LANE - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C.
15-76, Approval of Sketch for Land Division. Mr. Dixon moved
for adoption. Mr. Raimann seconded the motion.
Zoning Officer Lee advised that proposed Lots A & B will
have sewers available, however, Lot C will not, therefore Lot C
will not be permitted a building permit until such time as sewers
are available.
Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt Resolution SIP. C.
15-76 carried unanimously.
PLANNER'S REPORTS
Planning Consultant Mangiamele reviewed a report entitled
Proposed Modification of Housing Density in Agriculture District.
COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS
Zoning Officer Lee advised that the film "Of People, Land
and Planning'' from the UW Extension Bureau of Audio-visual
Instruction will be shown after adjournment.
ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Raimann moved for adjournment at 8:45 P. M. Mr. Dixon seconded the motion and the motion carried.
