MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 6, 1976
CITY HALL
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:lO P. M.
Arrowood, Blair Dixon, Laura Kilb and Edward Raimann. Planning
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Richard
Ald. Ronald Ford arrived at 8:14 P. M.
Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of December 16, 1975,
were approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS
MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK - The Recording Secretary
read Resolution RP. C. 1.-76. Amroval of Certified Survev Map.
Mr. Dixon moved for adoptio;. Mr. Arrowood seconded the-motion and
upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.

Mr. Basse moved fo; adoption. Mrs. Kilc seconded the motion, and
upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.

SCOTT KRAUSE - MUSKEGO MES COUNTRY CLUB - It,was noted by the
