PCM19760106CITY OF MUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 6, 1976 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:lO P. M. Arrowood, Blair Dixon, Laura Kilb and Edward Raimann. Planning PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Richard Ald. Ronald Ford arrived at 8:14 P. M. Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of December 16, 1975, were approved as mailed. NEW BUSINESS MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK - The Recording Secretary read Resolution RP. C. 1.-76. Amroval of Certified Survev Map. Mr. Dixon moved for adoptio;. Mr. Arrowood seconded the-motion and upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. .. WEST ALLIS SAVINGS & LOAN - The Recording Secretary read Reso- lution BP. C. 2-76. C. 3-76, Approval of Permit for Dog Kennel. Mr. RAimann moved for adoption. Mr. Dixon seconded the motion, and upon a rorl call vote, the motion carried unanimously. STAN A. ZDANCZEWICZ - The Recording Secretary read Resolution PERSONAL APPEARANCE SCOTT KRAUSE - MUSKEGO MES COUNTRY CLUB - It,was noted by the commime request of Scott Krause to rezone approximately 7 acres of land from A to R-3 to permit a 6 parcel subdivision had been referred back from the Common Council for further review. Mr. Krause appeared and reviewed a connnunication and notes dated December 24, 1975, which had been directed to the Cmission members. He submitted a revised sketch for the development of the 6 parcel subdivision. He submitted a revised sketch for the development of in planning 6 homesites on the property. the 6 parcel subdivision and requested the CommisG.ion's assistance The Commission reviewed sketches which indicated the flood hazard and wetland floodplain areas and ownerships in the surrounding Lee reviewed Section 2.6 of the Land Division ordinance which areas.
