PCM19750902CITY OF MUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 2, 1975 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:30 P. M. PRESENT:. Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Blair Dixon, Laura Kilb and Edward Raimann. Planning Consultan!: Josep'h Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. ABSENT: Richard Arrowood and Ald. Ron Ford MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of August 19, 1975, were approved as mailed. NEW BUSINESS HOUSE OF TILE - The Architectural Sub-committee met just prior to this regular meeting to consider a sign request for Hnuse of Tile, S75 W17461 Janesville Road. Mr. LAKEVIEW HILLS - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P, C. 96-75, Temporary Sign Extension, Mr. Basse moved fcr adODtion. Mr. Dixon-seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, che ;notion carri.ed unanimously. 0 Page 3 - Plan Commission September 2, 1975 COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS SCHOOL SITE STUDY - Mayor Gottfried advised that a resolution will be introduced at the next meetipg regarding the establishment of future school sites on the comprehensive plan. advised that he will h ave a report at the next meeting regarding the REZONINGS - BELTLINE FREEWAY - Planning Consultant Mangiamele zoning districts along the Beltline Freeway. WAUER SANITARY LANDFILL SITE - Zoning Officer Lee advised the Commission that he will submit a report regarding the stqtus of the Wauer sanitary landfill site at the next meeting.
