PLAN COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 15, 1975
CITY HALL
I Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:03 P. M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse,
Ford and Edward Raimann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele
Richard Arrowood, Kenneth Czaplewski, Blair Dixon, Ald. Ronald
and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of July 1, 19775,
were approved as mailed.
Mayor Gottfried announced that Ken Czaplewski has resigned due
to increased responsibilities in his line of work. He thanked
Ken for his years of service and dedication to the Commission.
NEW BUSINESS
WALTER KOENIG - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
#P. C. 72-75, Approval of Sketch for Land Division. Mr. Dixon
moved for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion and upon
a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 0 LINCOLNSHIRE SUBDIVISION - The Recording Secretary read
Resolution #P. C. 73 - I5 , Approval of Sketch and Certified Survey
Map for Land Division. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. Mr.
Czaplewski seconded the motion.
Mayor Gottfried advised that he and Zoning Officer Lee had
met with the developers of Lincolnshire to discuss the drainage
problem near the corner of Tess Corners Drive and Woods Road
and that they had agreed to resolve this problem with either a
storm sewer or concrete invert.
73-75 carried unanimously.
COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS
Upon a roll call vote the motion to adopt Resolution BP. C.
