PCM19750715,. CITY OF MUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 15, 1975 CITY HALL I Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:03 P. M. PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Ford and Edward Raimann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele Richard Arrowood, Kenneth Czaplewski, Blair Dixon, Ald. Ronald and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of July 1, 19775, were approved as mailed. Mayor Gottfried announced that Ken Czaplewski has resigned due to increased responsibilities in his line of work. He thanked Ken for his years of service and dedication to the Commission. NEW BUSINESS WALTER KOENIG - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 72-75, Approval of Sketch for Land Division. Mr. Dixon moved for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 0 LINCOLNSHIRE SUBDIVISION - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 73 - I5 , Approval of Sketch and Certified Survey Map for Land Division. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. Mr. Czaplewski seconded the motion. Mayor Gottfried advised that he and Zoning Officer Lee had met with the developers of Lincolnshire to discuss the drainage problem near the corner of Tess Corners Drive and Woods Road and that they had agreed to resolve this problem with either a storm sewer or concrete invert. 73-75 carried unanimously. COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Upon a roll call vote the motion to adopt Resolution BP. C. extensions for action on the preliminary plats of Lake Lore Estates, Wildflower and Lakewood Village (Town of Vernon) have been received from their respective developers. Page 2 - Plan Conmission July 15, 1975 DAVID BEIERLE - Mayor Gottfried advised that the Cormnission'e recommendation to deny David Beierle's request for legal-status for by the Common Council for further review because of the possible two lots on College Avenue had been referred back to the Conmission relocation of College Avenue. He also advised that a communication had been directed to Mr. Demshar of the Waukesha County Highway and ment, however, reply has not as yet been received. SIGN ORDINANCE - Mr. Basse, chairman of the Sign Ordhance PAENLAND PLAZA - Mayor Gottfried reviewed the landscaping plans which had been amroved by the Commission €or the tliree condominium phases in the Parkland Plaza planned unit development which included also the tennis court and tot lot areas. making on-site inspections of the development, that they are Planning Consultant Mangiamele advised that he has been doing extensive landscaping which includes plantings around the parking areas, installation of playground equipment and fencing of the tot lot, and sod along the lagoons. Ford suggested that the Commission members review the comprehensive park plan recently mailed to them so that it can be discussed at the next meeting. Ald. Ford requested that Zoning Officer Lee try to obtain a copy of Street Graphics from Thomas Inman. ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Raimann moved for adjournment at 9:03 P. M. Ald.
