PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Richard Arrowood, Kenneth Czaplewski, Blair Dixon and Edward Raimann. were also present. Ald. Ronald Ford arrived at 8:22 P. M. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of June 3, 1975, were approved as mailed. NEW BUSINESS LUEDKE, SCHAEFER, DIEKmTSS REZONING - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 57 - 75 . Reaffiming Rezoning Recommendation. Mr. Dixon moved for adoption: Mr. Raimann seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, the motion carried with Mr. Basse casting the only dissenting vote. (Ald. Ford absent.)
