Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:02 P. M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Richard Arrowood, Kenneth
Czaplewski, Ald. Ronald Ford and Edward Raimann. Planning Consultant
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee were also present.
ABSENT: Secretary Alvin Basse and Blair Dixon
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of May 6, 1975, were
approved as mailed.

WAUER EXTRACTIVE PERMIT - A public hearin to consider Mr. Wauer's
petition for renewal of Conditional Use Grant 7 120 for continued mining
and processing of sand and gravel was held just prior to this regular
meeting.

vised that the addition will conform with the exterior of the existing
building and there will be a blending of the new and old roof lines;
and that he intends to hard-surface the parking areas in the future. It was the Commission's decision that Zoning Officer Lee inspect the
addition to insure that it will be compatible with the existing building.

that there was not sufficient area for those amenities in the location

give the developer an opportunity to review the plat in regard to
these concerns. Mr. Czaplewski seconded the motion ad the motion
carried upon a voice vote.

Zoning Officer Lee reviewed the plans for the 2400 sq. ft. home 0 advising that a holding tank will be necessary as the soils in that
area will not support a leach bed.

HEATHER RIDGE ESTATES (TOWN OF VERNON) - The Recording Secretary
read Resolution #P. C. 53-/5, Approval of Preliminary Plat for
Heather Ridge Estates. Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Mr. Raimann
seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, the-motion carried unanimously .
