PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Richard Arrowood, Kenneth Czaplewski, Ald. Ronald Ford and Edward Raimann. Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee were also present. ABSENT: Secretary Alvin Basse and Blair Dixon MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of May 6, 1975, were approved as mailed. C. 44-75, Recmen- 0 - KOUNTRY KORNER TAVERN - A public hearing to consider Kenneth Christensen's petition for expansion of Conditional Use Grant 1/12 to permit construction of a 4' x 18' addition on the southwest corner of the existing building to be used as a charcoal grill area was held just prior to this regular meeting. of Expansion of Conditional Use Grant 1/12. Ald. Ford moved for adoption. Mr. Raimann seconded the motion. In answer to questions from the Comission, Mr. Christensen ad- vised that the addition will conform with the exterior of the existing building and there will be a blending of the new and old roof lines; and that he intends to hard-surface the parking areas in the future. It was the Commission's decision that Zoning Officer Lee inspect the addition to insure that it will be compatible with the existing building. 45-75 carried unanimously. There was considerable discussion of the location of the swimming pool and tennis courts as well as concern that there was not sufficient area for those amenities in the location shown on the plat. Ald. Ford moved to defer action on Resolution #P. C. 54-75 to give the developer an opportunity to review the plat in regard to these concerns. Mr. Czaplewski seconded the motion ad the motion carried upon a voice vote. C. 51-75, Approval of Single Family Residence Under " Conditional Use Grant #50. Ald. Ford moved for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion. Zoning Officer Lee reviewed the plans for the 2400 sq. ft. home 0 advising that a holding tank will be necessary as the soils in that area will not support a leach bed. 51-75 carried unanimously.
