Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:OO P. M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Richard Arrowood, Kenneth Czaplewski,
and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. Ald. Ron Pord arrived
Blair Dixon and Edward Raimann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele
at 8:15 P. M.

MINVTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of February 4, 1975,
were approved as mailed.
OLD BUSINESS
M. F. BURAZIN CORP. - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
#P. C. 1-75. Approval of Landscape Plan. Mr. Arrowood moved for
adoption. Mr.- Raimann seconded the motion.
Mr. Raimann moved to amend Resolution #P. C. 1-75 with the
addition of "Be it further resolved that this approval is subject to
the condition that the Norway spruce trees along the south lot line
be a minimum of 5' in height when planted." Mr. Arrowood seconded
the motion and the motion carried upon a voice vote.
As Amended carried unanimously.
Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt Resolution #P. C. 1-75

only require screening and that the noise be dampened.

in Resolution #P. C. 10-75, Mr. Czaplewski voted r'yes", Mayor Gottfried,
Mr. Arrowood, Mr. Dixon, Ald. Ford and Mr. Raimann voted "no" and the
motion was defeated.

plans be submitted which would be drawn to scale and show all elevations
