MINVTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 4, 1975
CITY HALL.
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:15 P. M.
PRESEm: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Richard Arrowood, Kenneth Czaplewski,
Ald. Ronald Ford, and Edward Raimann. Planning Consultant Joseph
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.
ABSENT: Secretary Alvin Basse and Blair Dixon
MINWES: The minutes of the previous meeting of January 21, 1975,
were approved as mailed.

Mr. Czaplewski moved to adopt Resolution #P. C. 12-75. Mr.
Ald. Ford moved to amend Resolution #P. C. 12-75 to read in the
WILDFLOWER PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - Planning Consultant Mangiamele
reviewed a revised plan for Wildflower planned development near the
northwest corner of‘ Racine Avenue and Highway 24 which had been
prepared by Shepherd, Legan, Aldrian, Ltd., January loth, 1975. He
pointed out that this plan incorporates some of the changes proposed
by the Commission. During discussion the Commission suggested
