PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Richard Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee Arrowood, Kenneth Czaplewski, Ald. Ronald Ford and Edward Raimann. were also present. ABSENT: Blair Dixon MINIICES: The minutes of the previous meeting of January 7, 1975, were approved as mailed. OLD BUS I NESS M. F. BURAZIN CORP. - As the landscape plan was not available for Approval of Landscape Plan. review, the Commission did not consider Resolution #P. C. 1-75, #P. Pord seconded the motion and the motion carried unanimously on a roll call vote with Mr. Basse abstaining. HI Y RANCHES REZONING - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 7-75, Recommendation to Rezone Hi Y Ranches Subdivision to RS-2. Mr. Czaplewski moved for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion and the motion carried unanimously upon a roll call Vote. Page 2 - Plan Commission January 21, 1975 DAWSON - WHITNEY PROPERTY - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 8-75, Recommendation to Rezone Property at the Southwest Corner of Racine and Tans Drive to R-2. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. Ald. Pord seconded the motion. Mayor Gottfried declared recess at 8:40 P. M. and the meeting reconvened at 8:46 P. COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS OLXINIK SUBDIVISION - Planning Consultant Mangiamele advised that he is writing to Waukesha County Park & Plan Commission to request a plan of the proposed road circulation and drainage in this area in the Town of Vernon. WIS. ELECTRIC PCWER CO. SUB-STATION - Zoning Officer Lee reported that the electric power distribution center on Woods Road is being constructed in accordance with the plans approved by the Plan Commission under Conditional Use Grant #63. PARKIAND PLAZA SIGNS - Zoning Officer Lee reported that the cinema sign has not been constructed in accordance with the Dlans aDDroved by the Commission. He also advised that the tenant sign’ on the’ Parkland’ Mall sign has different lettering than the three existing tenant signs. Mayor Gottfried pointed out that the Parkland Mall sign has been destroyed by high winds. advised that they would like to submit designs of a new mall sign which would include the theater sign if the Commission would be receptive. receptive to reviewing new sign designs.
