Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:lO P. M.

#P. C. 7-75, Recommendation to Rezone Hi Y Ranches Subdivision to
RS-2. Mr. Czaplewski moved for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the
motion and the motion carried unanimously upon a roll call Vote.

DAWSON - WHITNEY PROPERTY - The Recording Secretary read

Southwest Corner of Racine and Tans Drive to R-2. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. Ald. Pord seconded the motion.

COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS
OLXINIK SUBDIVISION - Planning Consultant Mangiamele advised that
he is writing to Waukesha County Park & Plan Commission to request a
plan of the proposed road circulation and drainage in this area in
the Town of Vernon.
WIS. ELECTRIC PCWER CO. SUB-STATION - Zoning Officer Lee reported
that the electric power distribution center on Woods Road is being
constructed in accordance with the plans approved by the Plan Commission
under Conditional Use Grant #63.
PARKIAND PLAZA SIGNS - Zoning Officer Lee reported that the cinema
sign has not been constructed in accordance with the Dlans aDDroved by
the Commission. He also advised that the tenant sign’ on the’ Parkland’
Mall sign has different lettering than the three existing tenant signs.

destroyed by high winds.
