MINVTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 19, 1974
CITY HALL.
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:OO P. M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Richard
Arrowood and Edward Kaimann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and
Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.
ABSENT: Kenneth Czaplewski, Blair Dixon, and Ald. Ronald Ford
MINVTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of November 5, 1974, were
approved as mailed.
LLOYD SCHWEITZER - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C.
161-74. Aovroval of Second Garage Structure. Mr. Haimann moved for . .. adoption. Mr. Arrowood secondez the motion.

MARY PRESTON - Zoning Officer Lee reviewed the ownerships of
Lots 31 through 36 from 1960 to 1972 pointing out that when Lots
33 and 34 were sold in the Mill Valley Heights Subdivision the
Subdivision Control Ordinance was violated-because Lot 35 was left
remaining and did not have legal status.
