MINUTES OP MEETING HEID SEF'TEMBER 17, 1974

Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:16 P. M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Richard
Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee
Arrowood, Kenneth Czaplewski, Ald. Ronald Ford and Edward Raimann.

MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of September 3, 1974,
were approved as mailed.
AGEWA ITEMS
HILLENDALE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION - Mayor Gottfried reported that
meeting to consider the plans for a single family dwelling on Lot

M. F. BURAZIN CORP. - The Recording Secretary read Resolution

would suggest, and that he does not intend to landscape the lot except
for planting grass. After discussion, it was the Commission's decision
that there should be some shrubbery planted around the building to
relieve the plain appearance. Building Inspector Lee also advised that
the size of the building will be 58' x 48' rather than 55' x 48' as
indicated in the resolution.
