Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:13 p. M.
PWENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Richard
Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also

AGENDA ITEMS
DAMRSKE ELECTRONICS - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
#P. C. 131-74, of Sign. Mayor Gottfried reported that
the Architectural Sub-committee had met with Mr. Damaske and Mr. Ray
Cvecko. representative of KMK Industries, Inc., just prior to this
regular meeting to discuss the proposed sign. He advised that it
was the Sub-committee's recommendation that the Commission approve
a 3' x 16' facia sign using the colors and design proposed in the
the building inspector be authorized to issue a permit if in his
opinion the proposed sign meets with this criteria.
Ald. Ford moved to adopt Resolution #P. C. 131-74 (Revised),
Approval of Sign, to read as follows: "Be it resolved that the Plan
Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby, upon recommendation of
the Architectural Sub-committee, approve a 3' x 16' facia sign to adver-
tise Damaske Electronics, S74 W16834 Janesville Road, using the colors
and design presented at their meeting August 20th. 1974. Be it further
resolved that the Building Inspector is authorized to issue a permit

Mr. Basse seconded the motion. In answer to a question from the Commission, Mr. Strasser advised
that he would like to have the option of installing either asphalt or
concrete in the areas designated. It was noted by the Commission that if Mr. Strasser purchases the bordering parcel of property from Mr.
Puetzer, it would be necessary that a petition be submitted to the
Commission if he would desire to extend his operation because it is
under a conditional use grant.

TBXACO, INC. - A public hearing to consider the termination of
Conditional Use Grant #43 which was granted to Texaco, Inc., to permit
the operation of an automobile service station was held just prior to
this regular meeting.
The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 126-74, Recommen-
dation to Terminate Conditional Use Grant #43. Mr. Dixon moved for
adoption. Ald. Ford seconded the motion and the motion carried
unanimously upon a roll call vote.
KRISTIN DOWNS - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C.
127-72, Recommendation of Approval for Kristin Downs Planned Unit
Development. Mr. Basse moved €or adoption. Mr. Dixon seconded the
motion.
for this development in their Resolution #P. C. 65-74 adopted June
4th. 1974. It was also noted that Mr. Puetzer is aware that there
must be resolution of the remnant parcels abutting the development.
The Commission discussed at length the merits of a home owners
association controlling maintenance of tot lots, swimming pools,
tennis courts and other amenities in planned development. They also
discussed the locations of the amenities in a development.
It was noted by the Commission that they had approved the concept

It was the Commission's decision to require colored renderings when
sign requests are submitted.
Mayor Gottfried declared recess at 9:25 P. M. and the meeting reconvened
at 9:38 P. M.
HIGHWAY SYSTEMS MAP - It was noted by the Commission that Resolution
#P. C. 123-74. Amroval of Hiehwav Svstems M~D. is on the floor. how-
ever action was deferred at t6e list'meeting and same was referied to
Planning Consultant Mangiamele for recommendation.

Sunny Slope Road terminating at Highway 24 be included and subject to
the possible realignment of Moorland Road as it connects with Highway
24 in accordance with the city's highway width map." Mr. Arrowood
seconded the motion and the motion carried upon a voice vote. The
motion to adopt Resolution #P. C. 123 As Amended carried unanimously
upon a roll call vote.

COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS
PIAN= UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR SINGLE FAMILY PROJECTS - The
Commission discussed Planning Consultant Mangiamelc'e recommendation
of August 4th! proposing a new section to the zoning ordinance which
would be applied in cases of single family planned unit development.
ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Raimann moved for adjournment at 10-15 P. M. Mr.
Basse seconded the motion and the motion carried.
