PCM197312180 0 CITY OF MUSKEG0 PLAN COMMISSION MINWES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 18, 1973 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:lO P. M. PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Blair Dixon, Edward Raimann, Ald. Paul Schaumberg and Donald Yahr. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. Kenneth Czaplewski arrived at 8:20 P. M. MINmES: The minutes of the previous meeting of December 4, 1973, were approved as mailed. AGENDA ITEMS #P. C. 144-73, Approval of Freedom Square, Phase IV Elevations, Revised Site Plan and Landscaping, is on the floor, however, action was deferred at the last meeting to give Mr. Evinrude an opportunity vehicle storage area and an example of an alternate location for the to submit sketches of screening treatment for the recreational storage area. Mr. Evinrude, representative of Paschke 8z Associates, submitted for the Commission's review a landscape schedule indicating size of existing and proposed plantings&a revised site plan which indicated that Parkland Drive south will terminate in the city owned lands south of the Phase IV development. This 'revised site plan also indicated an alternate location for the recreational vehicle storage be 47' from the Highway 24 right-of-way. Mr. Evinrude advised that they area proposed for the northeast corner of the development which would had considered other locations, however, if the storage area were moved elsewhere useabke open space for the units would be sacrificed. Mr. Evinrude reviewed a side elevation of the recreational vehicle storage enclosure as well as front and side elevations of the carports including accordance with recommendation from Planning Consultant Mangiamele, the screening. SCHAEFER FARMS - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. c. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. Ald. Schaumberg seconded the motion 153-73, Referral of Plnnned Development Proposal to Planning Consultant. and upon a voice vote the motion carried. COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Mayor Gottfried advised that the next regularly scheduled Plan Commission meeting will be canceled because it falls on January Ist, and that the next meeting will be held January 15th.
