Planning Consultant PRESEhT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Edward Joseph Mangiamele and Donald Yahr were also present. ABSENT: Kenneth Czaplewski and Blair Dixon MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of November 20, 1973, were approved as mailed. AGENDA ITEMS PARKIAND PLAZA - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 144-73 entitled Approval of Freedom Square, Phase IV, Elevations, Mr. Basse seconded the motion. Revised Site Plan and Landscaping.
