Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:17 P. M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Kenneth
Czaplewski, Edward Raimann and Donald Yahr. Planning Consultant
Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. I

MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of October 16, 1973,

PLANNER' S REPORTS
A & P FOOD STORE - Planning Consultant Mangiamele advised that
although he had recommended a 6' high brick wall for screening between
the A & P property and the residential district, they have proposed
a 6' high, sturdy, basketweave fence which he has approved. Zoning
Officer Lee pointed out that the fence will be painted white, and
that the fence will be located on the Hugh McGrorty property and
maintained by the McGrorty's.
COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS
A communication from City Attorney Buckley dated October 23, 1973,
regarding the resurfacing of parking areas as a condition for approving
signs was reviewed and placed on file.
A communication from Harold DeBack, chairman of the Muskego
Property Owner's Association, dated November 5, 1973, regarding the
proposed zoning district map was read by the Recording Secretary,
same placed on file.

November 1, 1973, had been received from George Oleinik granting
a 30 day extension of time for action on the preliminary plat for
the Oleinik Subdivision in the Town of Vernon.
The Recording Secretary advised that a communication dated
November 1, 1973, had been received from Roger Johnson granting
a 30 day extension of time for action on the preliminary plat for
the Shagbark Subdivision.
ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Yahr moved for adjournment at 9:40 P. M. Mr.
Czaplewski seconded the motion and the motion carried.
