MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 2, 1973

MINVTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of September 18, 1973,
were approved as mailed.
AGENDA ITEMS
LAKEVIEW HILLS - It was noted by the Commission that Resolution
#P. C. 100-73 - Approval of Final Plat - Lakeview Hills is on the
floor, however, action was deferred at the meeting September 4th, 1973,
pending receipt of drainage report. A communication dated September
25, 1973, from the consulting engineers Ruekert 8r Mielke regarding
the drainage was reviewed by the Commission. Mayor Gottfried advised
that the construction plans for streets, site and sanitary sewers had
just been submitted to the consulting engineers and that report has not
as yet been received.

DURHAM HEATH - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 116-73
entitled Denial of Sketch for Durham Heath. Mr. Czaplewski moved for
adoption. Mr. Yahr seconded the motion. Planning Consultant Mangiamele
reviewed the following recommendation: 'The present shape of the
property in question inhibits a suitable development. Acquisition of
developer is in the position to acquire additional land, a general
additional land might overcome this difficulty. Whether or not the
street layout for the overall neighborhood might facilitate an
integrated development, whether it is developed under one developer or
under several." The motion to adopt Resolution #P. C. 116-73 carried
upon a voice vote.
CARL SCHUMACHER - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C.
117-73 entitled Recommendation of Denial for Legal Status. Ald.
Schaumberg moved for adoption. Mr. Dixon seconded the motion. Planning
Consultant Mangiamele reviewed the following recommendation: "The

adoption. Mr. Yahr seconded the motion.

that there are two access points to the property from College Avenue
