Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:17 P. M.
Raimann, Ald. Paul Schaumberg and Donald Yahr. Planning Consultant
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Kenneth Czaplewski, Edward
Joseph Mangiamele and Assistant Zoning Officer Daniel Nowak were

JACK RADTKE - Planning Consultant Mangiamele submitted a report
regarding the Schober & Radtke Planned Development on McShane Road,
same dated August 20, 1973. It was the Commission's decision that
a copy of the report be forwarded to the developers as well as a copy
to Ruekert & Mielke, consulting engineers.
THOMAS FERGUSON - Planning Consultant Mangiamele submitted a
report as requested in Resolution #P. C. 88-73 regarding Mr. Ferguson's
request to fill a portion of his property on Hillendale Drive in Section
5, same to be considered at the next meeting.
SIGN ORDINANCE - Planning Consultant Mangiamele submitted a
