Paul Schaumberg and Donald PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Kenneth Yahr. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of July 3rd, 1973, were approved as mailed. PERSONAL APPEARANCES """"" JOHN F. McNEILL - A public hearing to consider Mr. McNeill's petit'ion for a condctional use grant to permit construction of a "mother-in-law" unit was held just prior to this regular meeting. Approval of Conditional Use for John McNeill. Ald. Schaumberg moved for adoption. Mr. Raimann seconded the motion. In answer to questions from the Commission, Mr. O'Neill advised that it is his intention to raze the existing, single car garage prior to construction of the addltion, that there will be two entrances to and that the siding on the proposed unit will be of the same material the proposed unit - one from the outside and one through the garage, The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P.
