Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:20 P. M.
Czaplewski, Blair Dixon, Edward Raimann, Ald. Paul Schaumberg and Donald

MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of July 3rd, 1973, were
approved as mailed.

JOHN F. McNEILL - A public hearing to consider Mr. McNeill's
petit'ion for a condctional use grant to permit construction of a
"mother-in-law" unit was held just prior to this regular meeting.
Approval of Conditional Use for John McNeill. Ald. Schaumberg moved
for adoption. Mr. Raimann seconded the motion.
In answer to questions from the Commission, Mr. O'Neill advised
that it is his intention to raze the existing, single car garage prior
to construction of the addltion, that there will be two entrances to
