Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:15 P. M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Blair Dixon,
Edward Raimann, Ald. Paul Schaumberg and Donald Yahr. Planning Consultant
Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.
ABSENT: Kenneth Czaplewski
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of June 5, 1973, were
approved as mailed.

JACK RADTKE - Mr. Radtke, developer, and Mr. Donald Polzin,

Mr. Radtke and Mr. Polzin reviewed several layouts for development
of the area around the 26 acre lake which they had considered advising
family condominium homes. Mr. Radtke reviewed the letter of intent
that it was finally their intention to develop the area with single

moved for adoption. Mr. Basse seconded the motion. Dr. Mangiamele
reviewed the traffic pattern he had proposed for this area in June, 1972.
Upon a roll call vote the motion to adopt Resolution #P. C. 67-73

Estates. Ald. Schaumberg moved for adoption. Mr. Raimann seconded the
motion and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.

Mr. Basse moved for adoption. Mr. Raimann seconded the motion and upon
a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.

Property. Mr. Yahr moved for adoption. M.r. Dixon seconded the motion
and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
