I PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Kenneth Czaplewski, Edward Raimann, Ald. Paul Schaumberg and Donald Yahr. Planning Consultant Joseph Marg iamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. I ABSENT: Blair Dixon MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of April 3, 1973, were approved as mailed. PERSONAL APPmANCES """"" GEORGE M. WOELSEL - Mr. Woelfel, president of G & W Patterns, Inc., appeared in regard to Resolution #P. C. 42-73, Approval of Conditional Use Grant for G & W Patterns, Inc. A public hearing was held just prior to this regular meeting to consider the petition of Mr. Woelfel for a conditional use grant to permit the operation of a pattern making business. Basse moved for adoption. Mr. Czaplewski seconded the motion. The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 42-73. Mr. Ald. Schaumberg moved to amend Resolution #P. C. 42-73 to include in the last paragraph "...and that there will be no outside storage of waste material nor stock piles of material." Mr. Raimann seconded the motion and the motion carried. Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt Resolution #P. C. 42-73 As Amended carried unanimously. ANTON A. BERINGER - Mr. Beringer, W190 57236 Lochcrest Boulevard, appeared in regard to Resolution #P. c. 37-73, Recommendation of Denial for Legal Lot Status. C. 44-73, Referral of Resort Plans to Planning Consultant and City Attorney. The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 44-73. Mr. Yahr moved for adoption. Mr. Basse seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously. KEN WESTCOT - Mr. Westcot, S82 W12998 Acker Drive, appeared for Kurthwood Subdivision. The Recording Secretary read Resolution in regard to Resolution #P. C. 45-73, Approval of Preliminary Plat #P. C. 45-73. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. Mr. Czaplewski which had been prepared January 10, 1973, and last revision date seconded the motion. The Commission reviewed the preliminary plat indicated as April 12, 1973. The drainage was discussed. Upon a roll call vote the motion to adopt Resolution #P. C. 45-73 carried unanimously. was presented in regard to Resolution #P. C. 46-73 and Resolution ALVIN SCHAEFER - Mr. Schaefer, W187 57793 Lions Park Drive, #P. c. 47-73. of Approval of Rezoning. Mr. Czaplewski moved for adoption. Mr. Basse seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously. Architectural Approval to Move Dwelling. Mr. Czaplewski moved for adoption. Ald. Mr. Yahr moved vote, the motion carried unanimously. for adoption. Mr. Raimann seconded the motion and upon a roll call SCHMIDT PARK - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 49-73, Approval of Parking Facilities for Schmidt Park. Mr. Yahr moved for adoption. Mr. Czaplewski seconded the motion. Mr. Yahr reviewed the landscape and uses for the area as indicated on the plan prepared by Mangiamele and Associates pointing out that there will be 12 parking spaces near the Conrad Road entrance and 10 spaces near the Fleetwood Road entrance and that those areas will be asphalted. Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt Resolution #P. C. 49-73 carried unanimously. 0 May 1, 1973 Page 3 - Plan Commission a Mayor Gottfried declared recess at 9:12 P. M. and the meeting reconvened at 9:35 P. M. JEROME RANDALL - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 50-73, Approval of Certified Survey Map for Redevision of Lots in Jewel Crest Subdivision. Ald. Schaumberg moved for adoption. Mr. carried unanimously. Basse seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote the motion 51-73, Recommendation that Kurtze Lane Become a Public Right-of-way. Ald. Schaumberg moved for adoption. Mr. Czaplewski seconded the motion. Dr. Mangiamele reviewed the proposal for the Kurtze Lane right-of-way which had been prepared by Mangiamele and Associates. Upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously to adopt Resolution #51-73. KURTZE LANE - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS """""""""" MUCK DEPOSIT SITES - The Recording Secretary read the following communication dated May 1st directed to the Plan Commission from Mayor Gottfried: "Gentlemen: The Public Welfare Committee has been looking at the area west of Gold Drive, between Lembezeder Drive and School Drive as a potential deposit site for muck dredged from Little Muskego Lake. Since this would involve several property owners the committee has asked that you have a feasibility study of the area done by the City Planner in order to determine what the best land use would be.
