Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:20 P. M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Kenneth Czaplewski, Edward
Raimann, Ald. Paul Schaumberg and Donald Yahr. Planning Consultant
Joseph Mangiamele and Assistant Planning Consultant Dennis Bianchi were

DONALD LAABS - - The Commission reviewed a certified survey map
which had been prepared by Wisconsin Land Surveyors, Ltd., November

Mayor Gottfried advised the Commission that when a portion of
Hillendale was originally Highway "Y", the highway width map indicated

Schuler. Havward. Wis.. for approval of a sketch for a two parcel
divisioi of'his property in Seition 32. It was noted by the Commission
that this is an R-3 District requiring 40,000 sq. ft. with 150' average
width. The Recording Secretary read the following Resolution #P. C. 4-72:
"Whereas, the Plan Commission has been requested to approve

SUBDIVISION COWROL ORDINANCE - A proposed land division
ordinance was submitted to the Commission for review. It was noted ~~
by the Commission that this proposed ordinance had been prepared for
the City of Muskego by the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning
Commission. The Recording Secretary read the following Resolution
#P. C. 5-72:
"Whereas, the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee has submitted
to the Plan Commission for their approval an up-dated and revised

for a conditional use grant to permit construction of a new rendering
plant for 7:30 P. M. on Tuesday, January 16th, 1973. Mr. Yahr seconded

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN - Planning Consultant Mangiamele and the
Commission discussed Dossible "downtown sites" for the city in their
review of the up-dateh comprehensive plan.
