PCM19721205CITY PIAN COMMISSION CITY OF MUSKEG0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 5, 1972 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:lO P. M. PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Kenneth Czaplewski, Edward Raimann and Ald. Paul Schaumberg. Planning Consul- Donald Yahr arrived at 10:25 P. M. tant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of December 5, 1972, were approved as mailed. PERSONAL APPEARANCES """"" GERALD LDEBEL - Mr. Loebel, Franksville, Wisconsin, appeared from the Lloyd Taylor farm on Parker Drive in Section 21. It was seeking approval to divide an approximately 8 acre parcel of property noted by the Commission that this is an Agriculture District requiring 3 acre parcels with 300' average width, that the lot in question is more than adequate to meet these requirements, and that this property was granted a conditional use at the last meeting to permit storage of recreational equipment. The Commission reviewed the sketch submitted as well as a sketch indicating location of the buildings on the proposed parcel. They noted that a 100' piece of property would be remaining along the north lot line which, Mr. Loebel explained, would be used for access to the Taylor property to the rear of the proposed parcel and the proposed right-of-way. Mr. Loebel advised that this existing garage 100' was proposed in order to by-pass an existing garage in this is a cement block building twelve to fourteen years old. HARRY SALIA, SR. - Mr. & Mrs. Salla, W192 S7142 Hillside Drive, appeared seeking approval of legal status for Lot 3, Block 3, Hillview Zoning Officer Lee reviewed the ownerships in the area pointing out Farm Plat, which is owned by Mr. Salla's mother, Mrs. Edward Skurzewski. that the Sallas own Lots 1 and 2. Mr. Salla advised that Mrs. Skurzewski's existing home on Lot 3 will be razed. be sold to adjoining property owners and Mr. Raimann moved to recom- mend to the Common Council that legal status for Lot 3, Block 3, Hillview Farm Plat, be denied.
