PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Kenneth Czaplewski and Alderman Paul Schaumberg. Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee were also present. Donald Yahr arrived at 10:35 P. M. ABSENT: Secretary Alvin Basse, Clark Barry and Edward Raimann MINUTES: Ald. Schaumberg moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting of September 19th, 1972, as mailed. Mr. Yahr seconded the motion and the motion carried. Cape Road, appeared in regard to his request for determination by the Plan Commission as to whether or not the construction of a 20' x 40' accessory building to be used for storage purposes would be of such substantial change as to require a public hearing. It was noted by the Commission that this business is operating as a conditional use grant (#47) in this R-3 District. Ald. Dumke advised the Commission that the building will beaed for storage only. not be of such substantial change as to require a public hearing. Loebel, Franksville, for a conditional use grant to permit indoor storage of boats, snowmobiles, etc, on property located at W181 S9134 Parker Drive. Mr. Yahr seconded the motion.and the motion carried. GEORGE McNULTY -Ald. Schaumberg moved to schedule a public hearing for 7:45 P. M.. November 21. 1972. to consider the petition of GeorEe McNulty, West Allis, for a conditional use grant to-permit the sale-of Tool and Machine Co. building, W180 S7785 Racine Avenue.
