Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:08 P. M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Clark Barry,
Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were

Section 2. Mr. Betts explained that there are approximately 13 acres
of property in the total parcel and that the area is zoned RS-2 which
requires 20,000 sq. ft. lots with 110' average width. He requested

this regular meeting to consider the petition of State Sand & Gravel
and Payne & Dolan Co. for continued mining and processing sand and
gravel under Conditional Use Grant #37.
