Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:lO P. M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Clark
Barry, William Chase, Edward Raimann, Ald. Paul Schaumberg and Donald
Yahr. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald
Lee were also present.

MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of May 2, 1972, were

HERBERT PUETZER - Mr. Puetzer, developer, and Mr. Claude Johnson,
surveyor with Hoffmann, Polzin, Becker & Assoc., appeared seeking
approval of a revised preliminary plat for development of the Lazynski-
Beck property in the SE 1/4 of Section 9. It was noted by the Commis-
sion that this is an RS-3 District requiring 15,000 sq. ft. lots with

Mr. Johnson submitted a revised preliminary plat which had been
prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin, Becker & Associates, Inc. He compared

RICHARD HANAGAN - Mr. & Mrs. Hanagan, 576 W19806 Sunny Hill Drive,
appeared seeking approval to divide a 1.75 acre parcel from the Julius
Caesar property on Kelsey Drive in Section 32 on which they desire to
construct their residence. The Commission reviewed the sketch submitted
noting that this is an R-2 District requiring 60,000 sq. ft. lots with
175' average width and that the proposed lot will comply with these

approval of amendment to Section 9.08 (7) C. 3. of the zoning
ordinance to include "camping facilities'' to permit camping sites
as a conditional use in an OLR Lake Recreation District. It was noted
by the Commission that they had deferred action on recommendation to
the Common Council at the March 7th meeting until after the public
hearing which had been held May 9th. Mr. Lien spoke in favor of the
amendment and reviewed portions of the following communication dated
May 11th which had been directed and submitted to the members prior to
this meeting:

subdivision in the Town of Vernon which falls within Muskeno's extra- - territorial jurisdiction. It was noted by the Commission That the
subdivision is proposed to be located in the SW 1/4 of Section 3, Town
of Vernon, and that the preliminary plat had been prepared by Richard
B. Casper, Surveyor, in May, 1972.

by the Commission that this is an RS-3 OED District and that the lots
as proposed will be more than adequate for the requirements of 11,250
sq. ft. and 75' average width.
Mr. Chase moved to refer this proposed division to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele for review and report at the next meeting. Ald.
Schaumberg seconded the motion and the motion carried.
STAN A ZDANCZEWICZ - A public hearing was held just prior to this
regular meetinc to consider the petition of Stan A. Zdanczewicz. W182
S9592 Parker D;ive, for a conditional use grant to permit a kennel for
up to 10 boarding dogs to be trained for bird dog field trials and
hunting.
Mr. Basse moved to grant this conditional use to permit a kennel
subject to the condition that the number of dogs be limited to 10 and
that the operation be reviewed after one year. Ald. Schaumberg
seconded the motion and the motion carried.
