Secretary Alvin Basse called the meeting to order at 8:16 P. M. in the
absence of Chairman Gottfried.
Mr. Basse introduced and welcomed the new members of the Plan Commission -
Alderman Paul Schaumberg, representative of the Common Council, and
Mr. Donald Yahr, president of the Park and Recreation Board.
PRESENT: Secretary Alvin Basse, Willard Bertram, William Chase, Edward
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. Mayor
Raimann, Ald. Paul Schaumberg and Donald Yahr. Planning Consultant Joseph
Gottfried arrived at 8:48 P. M.

RUSSELL BETTS & PRANK NARLOCK - Mr. Betts of Beta, Inc., and Mr.

had been prepared by Genesio A. Simotti and Associates, May 1, 1972.

would require 1600 sq. ft. homes in the subdivision. The Commission

by the Commission that this is an RS-2 District requiring 20,000 sq.

at the last meeting, April 12th. 1972.
