Common Council President Robert Burgermeister called the meeting to PRESEK: Acting Chairman Robert Burgermeister, Secretary Alvin Basse, Clark Barry, William Chase and Edward Raimann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele was also present. Building Inspector Gerald Lee arrived at 8:lO P. M. and was excused from the meeting at 9:35 P. M. ABSEKT: Mayor Gottfried, Ald. April 12, 1972 Page 2 - Plan Commission JOHN COUTURE - Mr. Couture, agent for House of Homes, Inc., an existing office building from S74 W17076 Janesville Road to a vacant appeared seeking building, site and operational plan approval to move lot between S63 W13187 Janesville Road (Yanney property) and W131 S6345 Kipling Drive (Gumieny property). It was noted by the Commission that this property has recently been rezoned to RS-2 with an 00s over lay. Mr. Couture submitted a site and operational plan as well as a plan of the remodeled office which had been prepared by Verco, Inc., October 28th, 1971. The Commission reviewed the exhibits submitted and Zoning Officer Lee advised that the road in this proposed subdivision will tie in with the road.in the Lazynski-Beck proposed subdivision. He also advised that some of the lots will be approximately 5' less in average width than required for this RS-3 District. In answer to the Commission, Mr. Radtke pointed out that they are just submitting a sketch of that portion to be developed which would equal 65% of the total developable land. Planning Consultant Mangiamele advised that the additional 35% should be shown as' a portion of the total development to ascertain the 65% which would be permitted in accordance with Resolution #220-71. k Zoning Officer Lee reviewed a plat plan of the total church property. Mr. Chase moved to defer action on this sketch and refer same to the city engineer for review and study of the total overall development of this subdivision in relation to the surrounding properties. Johnson, Jr., Match 3, 1972, for the creation of two parcels from Lots 2, 3, 4 and 1/2 of Lot 5 in Block 5, Oak Ridge Unrecorded Subdivision. It was noted by the Commission that the lots are adequate in size for this RS-3 OED District, that the sketch had been approved January 18th and preliminary plat approved February 15th.
