The second phase would consist of 24 two bedroom units and 4 one bedroom units. In answer to questions from the Commission, Mr. Heling and Mr. Kurtz advised that the roads in the development will not be dedicated to the city but will be maintained by the condominium owners association, that in this revised plan the garages will have gabled roofs rather have raised their families, however, still prefer three bedroom units than flat roofs, that it has been found that purchasers of condominiums for various reasons, that it would be possible to control the maximum and minimum ages and number of children permitted in the development, that total valuation of the project will be approximately $2,000,000 with distribution as follows - one bedroom, $18,400 - two bedroom, $21,900 - three bedroom, $25,900 to $26,400. their opinion that if the number of school age children could be controlled through a developer's agreement, they would not be as Mr. Heling and Mr. Ken Kurtz of Kurtz Architects, Inc., submitted The Commission discussed the ratio of bedroom units and it was concerned about the number of three bedroom units proposed. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMEME - The Commission reviewed proposed amendments to Section 6.01 (4) Preservation of ToDograDhv and to Section 6.06 (7) D. & E. Permanent Pools of the &siegb Zoning Ordinance. for April 11th to consider these amendments. It was noted by the Commission that a public hearing has been scheduled Ald. DeBack moved to recommend to the Common Council that these amendments be adopted. Mr. Barry seconded the motion and the motion carried. REVISED MEETING DATE - Because of the election which falls on the Plan Cmmmission's regularly scheduled meeting date, it was the Commission's decision to reschedule the meeting for April 12th, 8:OO P.
