MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 1, 1972

Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:05 P. M.
PRESEW: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Alvin Basse, Clark
Barry, Willard Bertram, Ald. Robert Burgermeister, Ald. Harold DeBack,
and Edward Raimann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and
Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. William Chase arrived
at 8:47 P. M.
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of January 18, 1972,
were approved as mailed.

AL EVINRUDE - Mr. Evinrude of Paschke & Associates appeared rep-
resenting the Wallner-DeBack property to submit a revised layout for
the Mus-kee-guac planned development on McShane Road in Section 12.

Mr. Basse moved to recommend to the Common Council that the
general development plan for the Harold &Back - Jean Wallner property
on McShane Drive in Section 12 appears to be appropriate, desirable
and suitable for the area and, therefore, recommends that a public
RS-3 to RSA with an overlay for planned development subject to the

be amended to reflect 71 single family homes and 58 duplex units which

Chase seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote Mayor Gottfried
and Ald. Burgermeister voted “no” and Mr. Basse, Mr. Barry, Mr. Bertram,
Mr. Chase and Mr. Raimann voted l’yesl’ and the motion carried.
It was the Commission’s decision to study the remainder of the
1-2 District on McShane Road prior to recommending a zoning change to
the Common Council.
Ald. DeBack resumed his position on the Plan Commission.
RICHARD tl. MOSKER - Mr. Mosher of Wastown Realty & Ins. appeared
seeking approval to divide into two sub-standard parcels Mr. V. Radi’s
property which conskts of Lot 12 and part of Lot 11, Block 9, Oak
Ridge Unrecorded Subdivision. It was noted by the Commission that
this lot lies in two zoning districts - RS-3 OED on Muskego Drive and 0 RS-2 on Ranch Drive.

discuzed with the Commission a proposal to up-date areas of the
zoning district map and the compkehensive plan.
ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Bertram moved for adjournment at 11:ZO P. M. Mr.
