Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:04 P. M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretaryc Alvin Basse, Clark Barry,
DeBack and Edward Kaimann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and
hillard Bertram, Ald. Robert Burgermeister, William Chase, Ald. Harold
Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.

were approved as mailed.

Ald. DeBack spoke in favor of the RSA density pointing out that
the various densities provide the city with balance. There was further
discussion of the single family lots surrounding the lake and a road
along city owned land.

GERAID TRYBAN - The Commission reviewed a certified survey map
submitted by Gerald Tryban, S77 W18512 Janesville Road, for creation
of two lots from Lots 26, 27 & 28, Kingston's-on-Muskego Subd., which
had been prepared by Wisconsin Land Surveyors, Ltd., December 28th,

PRANK HAAS - The Commission reviewed a prelinimary plat submitted
for the division of the Haas property, W151 S7762 Mystic Drive, which
had been prepared by Iman, Inc., December 15th, 1971. It was noted
by the Commission that a sketch for this two parcel division had been
approved December i'th, that the lots as proposed - one 10 acre parcel
and one 30 acre parcel - will more than meet the requirements for this
RS-2 District. Engineer Barry recommended approval.
Ald. DeBack moved to approve the preliminary plat. Mr. Basse
seconded the motion and the motion carried.
THOMAS SKOWRONSKI - At the previous meeting, the Commission had
referred Mr. Skowronsii's petition requesting to rezone Kirkwood Subd.
from US-3 OED to RS-2 to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for evaluation.
Dr. Mangiamele reported that the homes in the area would be 0 compatible with the RS-2 District, that the .rezoning would be an up-
grading of .the area inasmuch as it would require 1400 sq. ft. homes
rather than the 1200 sq. ft. homes required under the present zoning,

that the existing lots would also be compatible as they are 1/2 acre

GEORGE SMALL - The Commission reviewed two certified survey maps
