MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 5, 1971

Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:lO p. M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Clark Barry, Ald. Robert
Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were

MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of September 21st,
1971, were approved as mailed.
PERSONAL APPEARANCES
JACK GLCCKNER - Mr. Glockner, Glockner Enterprises, appeared
requesting approval of his junk license for continued operation
at S71 W13219 Tess Corners Drive. At the September 7th meeting,
the Plan Commission requested that Mr. Glockner submit a plat
study of his entire operation within 30 days.

division because commitments have been made based on this name,
that the name Woodhill Court had appeared on the preliminary plat
and was not objected to at that time, that the final plats have

HALES CORNERS STATE BANK - Mr. Barry reported that the certi-
fied survey map for the division of the Lazynski-Beck property
which the Hales Corners State Bank desires to purchase had been
returned to Hoffmann-Polzin-Becker & Associates for correction.
Mr. Chase moved to defer action. Ald. DeBack seconded
the motion and the motion carried.
BOXHORN - BIG MUSKEG0 GUN CLUB - Zoning Officer Lee reported
that Mr. Richard Bennett of the Boxhorn-Big Muskego Gun Club.
