PRESENT: Mayor Gottfried, Chairman, Alvin Basse, Secretary, Chase, Ald. Harold DeBack and Edward Raimann. Planning Consultant Clark Barry, Willard Bertram, Ald. Robert Burgermeister, William Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. lo MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of August 3rd, 1971, were approved as mailed. """"" PERSONAL APPEARANCES NORMAN THOMAS - Mr. Thomas of Thomas Disposal, George Weber, attormulkowski, engineer, and A1 Van Dyken of Town and Country Disposal appeared seeking approval of a permit for a sanitary landfill operation on the former Gravel, Inc., property at the corner of Tans Drive and Hillendale Drive. Mr. Weber submitted photographs of the existing site and sketches and photographs of their plans for the site. Mr. Sulkowski submitted and reviewed a Land Use Feasibility Study which he had prepared. It was noted by the Commis- sion that this proposed subdivision abuts Crowbar Road and is south and adjacent to Sunrise Terrace in the Town of Vernon which was granted approval by the Commission in July, 1968. Mr. Chase moved to approve this preliminary plat. Mr. Basse seconded the motion and the motion carried. GEORGE OLENIK - The Commission reviewed a preliminary plat JOSEPH STARICH - The Commission reviewed a sketch for the rediv2sion of Lots 12 & 13, Hillview Farm Plat, which had been submitted by the owner, Mr. Starich of Butler, Wisconsin. It was noted by the Commission that the lots would have frontage on Luehring instead of Lochcrest Boulevard. Building Inspector Lee reported that there is an existing summer cottage on this property which, he understands, is to be torn down. He also pointed out that a 15' road dedication for both Lochrest and Luehring will be necessary.
