Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:50 P. M.
PRESENT: Mayor Gottfried, Chairman, Alvin Basse, Secretary,
Chase, Ald. Harold DeBack and Edward Raimann. Planning Consultant
Clark Barry, Willard Bertram, Ald. Robert Burgermeister, William
Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.

MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of August 3rd, 1971,
were approved as mailed.

NORMAN THOMAS - Mr. Thomas of Thomas Disposal, George Weber,
