NORM THOMAS - The Commission discussed the renewal of
an extractive permit for continued gravel operations at the former
Gravel, Inc., corner of Tans Drive and Hillendale Drive. It
was noted by the Commission that the permit has expired June 19,

$25,000; that at the prevous meeting, the Plan Commission had
deferred action to give Mr. Thomas and the Commissioners an
opportunity to view the site and study the situation. As Mr.
Thomas was not present and the Commissioners were concerned
about the areas of operation and the plans for restoration, the
following motion resulted:

RUDOLPH & MOORE - The following communication directed to
Gentlemen:
A contract for sale of the Evangelic Pree Church property
has been entered into. It is our desire to establish a law office
there. What space we don't occupy will be rented to other tenants
whose uses will be consistent with 00s zoning and whose services
will fulfill needs of the Muskego community.

office alone could start functioning? We won’t rent to anyone
have your OK on this it might enable the community to respond
else until after we accomplish a change in zoning. If we could
more fully at the public hearing when it occurs. The present
conditional use status will not be altered appreciably by operating
a law office there now. Under these circumstances, as I read the
zoning law, no public hearing may be necessary. This in effect
would be a temporary OK to operate a law office only pending our
petition to change the zoning ot 00s.

at S79 W18903 Janesville Road, that the church operated under
Congregational Church building in 1970. Zoning Officer Lee
Conditional Use Grant #9 prior to their moving to the former
reviewed Section 6.03 (2) G. of the zoning ordinance which indicates
that the Plan Commission may determine if a law office would be
of such substantial change that it would require a public hearing
or if it could operate under the former conditional use grant.
Mr. Chase moved that a law office would be no less desirable
than a church and to approve this request to use the former
Evangelical Free Church property for a law office temporarily
subject to the condition that the petition for rezoning the
property be submitted within a six month period. Mr. Basse
seconded the motion and the motion carried.

IXONALD O'LEARY - The Commission reviewed a certified survey
map and sketch for a 5.12 acre parcel division from Mr. O'Learv's
property in the SEk of Section 20. It was noted by the Commission
that Mr. O'Leary owns approximately 24.68 acres of land, that the
proposed parcel will have two residences thereon. Zoning Officer
Lee reviewed Section 8.19 (7) D. of the zoning ordinance which
indicates that a parcel with two principal residential buildings
thereon must be adequate in size to permit division of the lot
in the future. This being an agriculture district, the area
required would be approximately six acres. It was further noted
by the Commission that the Board of Appeals had granted variance
necessary for this division providing that the Plan Commission
concurs that this is a proper division.
this division could be worked out to conform to the requirements

It was noted by the Commission that this is an RS-2 District,
requirement being 20,000 sq. ft. in area and 110' average width.
The lot proposed by Mr. Zangerle would have more than the
required area but was less than the required average width. It
