PRESENT: Mayor Jerome Gottfried, Chairman, Alvin Basse, Willard Bertram, Ald. Robert Burgermeister, Ald. Charles Foldy, Edward Raimann and Clark Barry. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. ABSENT: Charles Buehler, Secretary MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of February 16, 1971, were approved as mailed. Ald. Foldy moved to request the Common Council to grant the Commission a thirty day extension of time to give them an oppor- tunity to review their overall plan on duplexes. ZONING OFFICER'S REPORTS """""" - KURLY'S TAP - Zoning Officer Lee reported that Mr. Roger Schiltz, Kurly's Tap, S191 W7690 Racine Avenue, is having the necessary sketch prepared of the tavern with the proposed addition in accordance with the Commission's request at their meeting January 5, 1971. """""""_ PLANNING CONSULTANT'S REPORTS PHASED DEVELOPMENT - Planning Consultant Mangiamele presented the first sketches of the neighborhood study for the east half of Section 5. The report included d;velopment phases, existing zonings, ownership delineation and an estimate of the potential population for that area and the impact it would have on the existing sewer lagoons.
