MINUTES OF MEETING HEID JANUARY 19, 1971

Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:06 P. M.
PRESENT: Mayor Jerome Gottfried, Chairman, Alvin Basse, Willard
Bertram, Ald. Robert Burgermeister, Ald. Charles Foldy and Edward
Raimann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele was also present.
ABSENT: Charles Buehler and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee

were approved as mailed.

CHARLES KANNARD - MOOSE LODGE - Mr. Kannard and Attorney
Jack Radtke appeared as representatives of the Moose Lodge in
regard to their petition for a conditional use grant to allow
the construction and operation of a private lodge on approxi-
mately 7.5 acres of the Alma Baas property on Mystic Drive in
Section 14. At their previous meeting, the Commission had
requested information indicating the size and appearance of the
proposed building, how it will be situated on the property,
recreational activities being considered and approximate hours
of operation.

ownership of the proposed road, Mystic Court, by the Moose Lodge.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to approve the conditional use
grant and land division subject to receipt of the revised certi-
fied survey map. Ald. Foldy seconded the motion and the motion

in accordance with State Statute 62.23. The Commission noted

PLANNING CONSULTANT’S REPORTS
TESS CORNERS NEIGHBORHOOD PROPOSAL - The Commission discussed
the detailed neighborhood planning for the Tess Corners area as
well as the proposed amendment to the zoning ordinance to provide
