PCM19700915CITY PIAN COMMISSION CITY OF MUSKEGO MINVTZS OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 15, 1970 CITY HALL e Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:07 P. M. PKESENT: Mayor Jerome Gottfried, Chairman, Charles Buehler, Sec'y, Charles Foldy and Edward Raimann. Planning Consultant Joseph Alvin Basse, Willard Bertram, Ald. Robert Burgermeister, Ald. Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee were also present. MINVTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of September 1, 1970, were approved as mailed. PERSONAL APPEARANCES """"" F. D. SPAIGHT - Mr. Spaight, S76 W18553 Kingston Drive, owner of Lots 46. 49 and 50 in Kingston-on-Muskelo Subdivision #2. appeared regarding his request for-legal status Tor Lots 46 and . 49. It was noted by the Commission that at the previous meeting action had been deferred on this request pending a report from Zoning Officer Lee on the ownerships of adjacent lots in the subdivision. Zoning Officer Lee reported that the majority of the lots in the area are held in single ownerships. that laterals have been installed for each of the three lots, that his existing home is on Lot 50, that Lots 46 and 49 are vacant at the present time, that it is his intention to sell Lot 46 and to sell his existing home on Lot 50 and then to construct a new dwelling on Lot 49. Mr. Buehler moved to recommend to the Common Council that Mr. Spaight's request for legal lot status for Lots 46 and 49, Kingston-on-Muskego Subdivision, be approved. Ald. Poldy seconded the motion and the motion carried. DAVID CUNNINGHAM - Mr. Cunningham, developer and representative of Northland Developers, Inc., appeared regarding the proposed rezoning and planned development of the George Schaefer property^ in Section 8. meeting the Commission had referred this development back to the sub-committee to discuss with Mr. Cunningham a ratio of 30 units. When approached with this ratio, Mr. Cunningham advised three bedroom units, 45 two bedroom units and 25 one bedroom 36 two bedroom units and 36 one bedroom units. Ald. Burgermeister seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, Buehler, Basse, Bertram, Burgermeister and Foldy voted 'faye" and Mr. Raimann voted "no" and the motion carried. Melford Foth and submitted a proposed division of the Foth property in Sections 9 and 16. It was noted by the Commission that this parcel contains approximately 19.7302 acres zoned RSM with smaller portions in the RS-2 and WP Districts. It was also noted that the Foths will have 6.1 acres of property remaining. Burgerrneister seconded the motion and the motion carried. subject to approval by the city's consulting engineer. Ald.
