Charles Foldy, Alvin Basse, and Mrs. Jean Sanders. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Willard Bertram, Charles Buehler, Joseph Kelsenberg, Edward Raimann, Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of April 9, 1970, were approved as mailed. """"" PERSONAL APPEARANCES None OTHER BUS I NESS """_ following communication dated April 13, 1970, directed to the Plan Commission from Mr. Kraklow, S66 W19678 Tans Drive: "Dear Sirs: trailer on my property at S66 W19678 Tans Drive. This tractor and I respectfully request permission to park one tractor and trailer would be parked there from approximately 5:OO P. M. to 5:45 A. M. daily plus all day weekends. driving this tractor and trailer. PRUSINSKI - The Recording Secretary read the following communication dated April 14, 1970, directed to the Common Council from Mr. Carl J. Prusinski, W189 S7516 Oak Court: "Gentlemen: I am writing to request determination of status to parcel #26 of Bay Shore Subdivision. I am owner of parcel #26 and request that this parcel be declared buildable because of sewers and com- patibility with the rest of the area. Thank you, /s/ Carl J. Prusinski" The Commission reviewed a plat of the area in question. City Engineer Kelsenberg and Zoning Officer Lee reported that Mr. Prusinski has a dwelling in which he resides on the adjacent parcel, #25, that he desires to sell Lot #26, that the required average width for a lot in this RS-2 District with OLS Overlay is 74' with sewers, and that the lot in question has 70' average width, thus the request for legal lot status. #26 be granted legal status as requested. Mr. Raimann seconded the motion and the motion carried. Mr. Buehler moved to recommend to the Common Council that Lot State Sand & G ravel tor a Dermit for continued extractive operations STATE SAND & GRAVEL - The Commission reviewed a request from expires July 2, 1970, under Conditional Use Grant #37. in Section 18. City Engineer Kelsenberg moved to schedule a public hearing to COMMUNICATIONS """_ PLANNING CONFERENCE - The Recording Secretary read a communi- cation directed to the Commissioners advising that Series I11 of the Conference for Planning Commissioners will be held April 25, April 28 and May 7 at Oak Creek High School. Mayor Gottfried advised that funds are available for those members wishing to attend. HILMER BOLT - The following communication dated April 20, 1970, directed to City Clerk Bowyer was read by the Recording Secretary: "Dear Mrs. Bowyer: As agents for Mr. Hilmer Bolt we are requesting approval of a certified survey map in accordance with the enclosed drawing. the one parcel and Mr. Bolt would like to divide the land as shown There are two existing principal residential buildings on in order that the north parcel may be sold. BOWER - A public hearing to consider Mrs. Bowyer's petition for a conditional use grant to allow a two family residence as provided in Section 8.01 (7) C. 10 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance was held at 8:15 P. Mr. Basse seconded the motion """""" ZONING OFPICER'S REPORTS GRAVEL, INC. - Zoning Officer Lee advised the Commissioners corner of Tans Drive and Hillendale Drive, that a permit for that Gravel, Inc., is extracting gravel in the pit located at the continued extractive operations had not been issued last year, that the last action taken by the Plan Commission indicated in the minutes of May 20, 1969, was to request a new restoration plan and that the city engineer reevaluate the restoration bond necessary, that the two requests were not complied with.
