MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 21, 1970

Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:Ol P. M.
PRESENT: Mayor Jerome Gottfried, Ald. Charles Foldy, Alvin Basse,
and Mrs. Jean Sanders. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and
Willard Bertram, Charles Buehler, Joseph Kelsenberg, Edward Raimann,
Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of April 9, 1970,
were approved as mailed.

communication dated April 14, 1970, directed to the Common Council
from Mr. Carl J. Prusinski, W189 S7516 Oak Court:
"Gentlemen:
I am writing to request determination of status to parcel
#26 of Bay Shore Subdivision. I am owner of parcel #26 and request
that this parcel be declared buildable because of sewers and com-
patibility with the rest of the area.

The Commission reviewed a plat of the area in question. City
Engineer Kelsenberg and Zoning Officer Lee reported that Mr.
Prusinski has a dwelling in which he resides on the adjacent parcel,
#25, that he desires to sell Lot #26, that the required average
width for a lot in this RS-2 District with OLS Overlay is 74' with
sewers, and that the lot in question has 70' average width, thus
the request for legal lot status.
