PCM19700302CITY PLAN COMMISSION CITY OF MUSKEG0 CITY HALL MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 2, 1970 Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 8:lO P. M. PRESENT: Mayor Donald Wieselmann, Chairman, Ald. Frank Narlock, Secretary, Alvin Basse, Willard Bertram, Charles Buehler and Joseph Kelsenberg. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Building Inspector Gerald Lee were also present. ABSENT: Edward Raimann and Mrs. Jean Sanders MINUTES: Mr. Basse moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting of February 17, 1970, as mailed. Ald. Narlock seconded the motion and the motion carried. PERSONAL APPEARANCES """"" firm of Birch, Grisa, Phillips, appeared and submitted a preliminary sketch indicating a layout for Muskego's industrial park design on the former Foth & Scholbe properties. Narlock moved to approve this preliminary sketch in principle. Page 2 - Plan Commission March 2, 1970 DAVID BEIERLE - Mr. Beierle, representative of Southwest Suburban Realty, appeared and submitted a revised three parcel division of the Everett Drews property in the NE% of Section 18. The revised plan indicated the roads approved by the Commission at their previous meeting as natural boundaries for the three parcels. He pointed out that there will be an easement across the road reservation between Parcels A & B to serve Parcel C with access to Hillendale Drive. constructed between Parcels A & B, however, Mr. Beierle advised that it would not be economically feasible to construct a road for these large parcels, that roads will be dedicated when the large parcels are subsequently divided. Ald. Narlock moved to approve the revised sketch for land division as submitted. Mr. Kelsenberg seconded the motion and the motion carried. There was discussion as to whether or not the road should be TOM INMAN - Mr. Inman, representative of Inman Surveying and Engineering, appeared to discuss the proposed Eagle Heights Corners Drive in Sections 1 and 12 on the former Schmidt farm. Subdivision proposed for the east corner of Woods Road and Tess At the previous meeting action had been deferred on this proposed preliminary plat to give Mr. Inman an opportunity to meet @ resolve several problems which City Engineer Kelsenberg had brought with Planning Consultant Mangiamele and City Engineer Kelsenberg to to the attention of the Commission - that a vision corner be provided, for a drainage ditch and culvert pipe. that the service road be eliminated and that there be an easement Inman, Mr. Kelsenberg and himself had not been arranged prior to this meeting and it was his recommendation that action not be taken until they can meet to resolve these problems. The Commission concurred.
