PRESENT: Ald. Frank Narlock, Secretary, Alvin Basse, Charles Buehler, Joseph Kelsenberg, Edward Raimann and Mrs. Jean Sanders. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Building Inspector Lee were also present. Mayor Wieselmann arrived at 8:15 P. M. ABSENT: Willard Bertram MINUTES: Mr. Kelsenberg moved to approve the minutes of the pre- vious meeting of January 20, 1970, as mailed. Mr. Buehler seconded the motion and the motion carried.
