"Gentlemen:
Block C, Southern Heights Subdivision has been zoned Wetland

in RS-1, which requires 30,000 sq. ft. in area and a minimum
average width of 120 ft.
The Public Works Committee, at their meeting held on December
4, 1969, discussed the drainage problem in the Meadowdale Subdivision,
which resulted in a letter to the Building Inspector. The letter
stated that a ditch between Lots 9 and 10, Meadowdale Subdivision,
which when opened, would alleviate the existing flooding of

Mr. Manske. This indicates that such lots would be buildable when
brought to the proper grade.

be buildable after submitting the necessary easements and proper
elevations, then the Plan Commission must act to determine that
a Wetland Floodplain should be removed from the district map in
this location.
