PRESENT: Mayor Donald Wieselmann, Chairman, Willard Bertram, Jean Sanders. Alvin Basse arrived at 8:lO P. M. Planning Charles Buehler, Joseph Kelsenberg, Edward Raimann and Mrs. Consultant Mangiamele and Building Inspector Lee were also present. ABSENT: Ald. Frank Narlock MINUTES: Mr. Kelsenberg moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting of November 18, 1969, as mailed. Mr. Bertram seconded the motion and the motion carried. PERSONAL APPEARANCES """"" JAMES TIDBALL - Mr. Tidball, representative of Safeway Trans- portation, and Robert E. Villa, consulting engineer, appeared and submitted final building, site and oprational plans for the proposed school bus terminal to be located in the Industrial Park District near College Ave. and Tess Corners Drive.
