PCM19691118CITY PLAN COMMISSION CITY OF MUSKEG0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 18, 1969 CITY HALL Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 8:02 P. M. PRESENT: Mayor Donald Wieselmann, Chairman, Ald. Frank Narlock, Edward Raimann and Mrs. Jean Sanders. Planning Consultant Secretary, Willard Bertram, Charles Buehler, Joseph Kelsenberg, Joseph Mangiamele and Building Inspector Lee were also present. ABSENT: Alvin Basse MINUTES: Mr. Kelsenberg moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting of November 4, 1969, as mailed. Ald. Narlock seconded the motion and the motion carried. JAMES TIDBALL - Mr. Tidball, representative of Safeway appeared and submitted a site plan prepared November 18, .1969, by Verco, Inc., for a proposed school bus terminal to be located in the Industrial Park District at the corner of College Ave. and Tess Corners Drive. They also submitted a certified survey map for a 6 acre division of the Ada Butcher property for the proposed site-which had been prepared by Inman Surveying and e. Engineering. Mr. Tidball and Mr. Villa advised the Commission that the bus company is anxious to move their location :from the corner of Hillendale Drive and Highway 24 (formerly Checkerway Bus) in order to install underground heating for the diesel buses before a deep freeze, that they may request access to College Avenue after the terminal is completely developed, that the structure proposed will be 5000 sq. ft. for office and maintenance use approximately 40 buses for the transpor.tation of Muskego areas, that they propose to put up a chain link fence, that they of New Berlin students, that they are proposing 91 parking spaces students, that additional buses are used for the transportation for the buses, that the peak hours for traveling are 7:30 to 8:30 A.
