MINUTES OF MEETING HEID NOVEMBER 4, 1969

Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 8:40 P. M.
Secretary, Alvin Basse, Willard Bertram, Charles Buehler,

Joseph Kelsenberg, Edward Raimann and Mrs. Jean Sanders. Planning

MINUTES: Ald. Narlock moved to approve the minutes of the previous
meeting of October 21, 1969, as mailed. Mr. Raimann seconded the
motion and the motion carried.

GERALD INMAN - Mr. Inman, representative of Inman Surveying &
Engineering, appeared seeking approval of the final plat of Muskego
Shores Addition #1. It was noted by the Commission that the final
plat submitted concurred with the preliminary plat which had been
approved by the Commission September 2, 1969. The Commission also
took into consideration that legal lot status had been granted by
the Common Council to Lots 1, 8, 9 and 10, Block 15, and Lot 8,

new route would run through the southwest corner of Muskego

CITY PLANNING CONSULTANT'S REPORTS
GEORGE SCHAEPER - Dr. Mangiamele advised that he had met
with city Engineer gelsenberg and Mr. Schaefer to discuss the
division of the Schaefer property and that Mr. Schaefer plans
to submit a layout of the entire farm even though he is only
interested in dividing approximately 5 parcels at this time.
ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT - Dr. Mangiamele submitted and

COMMUNICATIONS
KUPEC - ABEL REZONING PETITIONS - The recording secretary
